Foxborough, Mass.—July 9, 2018—MedPlast, LLC announced today that the company has completed its previously announced acquisition of Integer Holding Corporation’s Advanced Surgical and Orthopedics (“AS&O”) business. MedPlast also announced that it will rebrand under the name, Viant, to reflect the company’s new strategic direction.
