Key Surgical, Inc. and Interlock Medizintechnik GmbH announced today that they have merged to create one of the world’s leading providers of sterile processing and operating room supplies. Water Street Healthcare Partners, a strategic investor focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, led the merger of the U.S. and European providers and invested in the newly combined company.
